underwhelming experience

the location was lovely and some of the staff were great.

the pool towel situation was a disaster, i didn't expect to have to get up early to reserve a sunbed after paying so much. it seems there weren't enough sunbeds for all the guests, even though we were at full capacity.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bar and lounge are very nice.

I was quite disappointed with our experience. I feel the hotel doesn't live up to the five-star hotel. The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly. The room was at 24C.
